Our houses, our service

Locations

When you’re interested in a room or apartment in our student residences in Berlin, you can choose from seven locations. Our houses are located in the districts Wedding, Berlin-Center, Lichtenberg and Marienfelde. Beneficial for students and trainees is the good connection to the transportation system. So the way to the university, the training place or job is not far.

Our services

We want you to concentrate fully on your studies or training, thats why we offer you a wide range of services, depending on the location: e.g. service points or an and security service. At all locations you will find a laundry center and parking spaces for bicycles. In addition, some buildings have barbecue areas in the courtyard or on the roof terrace. Reservations

We except only online reservations for our apartments and rooms.
