Locations
When you’re interested in a room or apartment in our student residences in Berlin, you can choose from seven locations. Our houses are located in the districts Mitte, Lichtenberg and Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Beneficial for students and trainees is the good connection to the transportation system. So the way to the university, the training place or job is not far.
Our services
We want you to concentrate fully on your studies or training, thats why we offer you a wide range of services, depending on the location: e.g. service points or a security service. At all locations you will find a laundry center and parking spaces for bicycles. In addition, some houses have roof terraces, gardens or barbecue areas as well as community rooms. You can find more information about the exact location and the different facilities of the individual houses on this page.
To help you feel at home quickly and get to know your new neighbors and the neighborhood, we hold regular events to help you network.

We except only online reservations for our apartments and rooms.
