The rooms in our Hanielweg student residence are between 12-18 m² in size and are part of a shared flat. Your room is not only fully furnished, but also has a fridge, wash basin and mirror. The bathrooms and kitchens are shared by the students.

 

When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious lawn around the house or play basketball.

Location in Berlin

Our student residence in Hanielweg is located in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district of Marienfelde, in the south of Berlin. This house is particularly interesting for students of “Freie Universität”, as the Lankwitz campus is only a 10-minute walk away.

The quiet location allows you to concentrate on your studies away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Stores for your daily needs are just around the corner.

The rooms in Hanielweg are between 12-18 m² in size and are part of a shared flat. Your room is not only fully furnished, but also has a fridge, wash basin and mirror.

The bathrooms with separate showers and toilets are available for 4 people each, while the two kitchens on each floor are shared by 15 tenants each. This gives you the opportunity to socialize quickly within the house. When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious lawn around the house or play a game of basketball with your flatmates.

Neighborhood

Quietly located in the immediate vicinity of “Freie Universität“, our Hanielweg student residence is ideal for anyone who wants to concentrate on their studies. Nevertheless, the center of Berlin is only a few S-Bahn stops away.

You will find all the stores you need for your daily needs such as supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores in the immediate vicinity – as well as several cafés, restaurants and snack bars. Our basketball court is open to sports enthusiasts, and there are also several fitness studios nearby.

A visit to the Schöneberger Südgelände, a former railroad area where you can stalk through the grounds on railroad tracks, is also exciting. The former Tempelhof Airport offers guided tours of one of the longest buildings in Europe. If you want to find out more about Berlin’s aviation pioneers, you should visit the Lilienthal Memorial in Lichtenrade.
