Rent payments hotline
Due to the introduction of new software at the Bürgermeister-Reuter-Stiftung, there have unfortunately been repeated problems with bookings and payments for the monthly rent receivables in recent months.
Many of our tenants have therefore received an e-mail from us with an overview of your payments to date. Each recipient should check whether the information provided therein is correct and transfer any outstanding amounts within 5 working days of receipt of the letter to the account indicated, stating the tenant number / debtor no. and apartment no.
