The studios and apartments in our student residence Keithstraße are fully furnished, equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom and high-speed internet. Some have their own balcony. The special feature is the central location in the middle of Berlins “City West”.

Location in Berlin

Our student residence in Keithstraße is located in the Tiergarten district of Mitte. This puts you right in the heart of City West: the famous Kurfürstendamm, the KaDeWe department store and numerous other shopping opportunities are just around the corner. After a busy day at university, you can relax with a walk in the nearby Tiergarten or in one of the many bars, cafés or restaurants.

Underground and S-Bahn stations are not far away. There are also several bus lines that will take you quickly to all your destinations.

Furnishings of the apartments

The Studios and Apartments in Keithstraße are fully furnished and equipped with their own kitchen, bathroom and high-speed internet and some have their own balcony. From the higher floors you have a great view over the rooftops of Berlins City West. So you can simply move in and feel at home. A vending machine with hot and cold drinks is available in the entrance area.

We have recently refurnished the apartments on the 8th and 9th floors.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood around our student residence Keithstraße offers everything you could wish in a big city: endless shopping opportunities, numerous possibilities to go out, with lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, but also the large “Tiergarten” as the green city lung.

Shopping, relaxing, leisure

  • Many small stores for daily needs,
  • some larger supermarkets, e.g. around Wittenbergplatz,
  • weekly markets at Wittenbergplatz and Winterfeldplatz,
  • endless shopping opportunities at Tauenzien, Bikini Berlin or Kurfürstendamm,
  • numerous bars, cafes and restaurants,
  • “Tiergarten” for sporting activities, picnics or walks,
  • several fitness studios in the vicinity.

Leisure activities in the surrounding area

The leisure options around our Keithstraße student residence are diverse. Fans of extensive shopping trips will get their money’s worth here. But it’s also fun to simply stroll through the streets, which are often characterized by impressive Wilhelminian-style buildings. There are numerous cafés, bars and restaurants in the area around Winterfeldplatz. This is also one of the hotspots of the LGBTQ+ community in Berlin.

Photography fans should definitely not miss the “c/o Gallery” and the “Museum für Fotografie”. Or book tickets for a performance at the “Schaubühne” – one of the best theaters in Germany. From Bahnhof Zoo, you can quickly reach the surrounding area of Berlin and relax by one of the many lakes.
