The studios and apartments in our three student residences in Triftstrasse and Sparrstrasse are simply but functionally furnished. In addition to a small kitchenette, they all have their own bathroom.
The on-site service point is manned around the clock and will be happy to help you with any questions during business hours. The Ernst-Reuter-Houses also have a garden, a roof terrace and a study lounge, which is open daily.

The 3 student residences are located in Mitte, district Wedding, which is characterized above all by its multi-cultural character. You can discover many cafés, bars and restaurants on a stroll through the streets. Universities and colleges can be reached quickly, thanks to the excellent bus, train and subway connections.

The three student residences are very well connected to public transport. All shopping can be done in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the neighborhood has many bars, cafes, restaurants and on top a brewery with a beer garden in one of our buildings.

Wedding is a multicultural district where you can find native Berliners as well as newcomers from all over the world. You can sample dishes from kitchens around the world in the cozy restaurants and cafés in the “Sprengel neighborhood”. Twice a week, the “Ghent weekly market” offers products that are not available in supermarkets.
The district also has more to offer culturally than many people think. The Prime Time Theater has achieved cult status with its sitcom “Gutes Wedding, schlechtes Wedding”.
