The studios and apartments in our student residence Lichtenberg are designed in a modern style and feature a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

A roof terrace and a garden with barbecue area are available for relaxing. In house No. 14 is one of our Service-Points, which is operated around the clock and will be happy to help you with any questions during business hours.

Location in Berlin

Our two student residences are located in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg, right on the border to Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The location is very well connected to all other districts by streetcar, bus, S-Bahn and subway. So you can quickly reach the university, your education or workplace, but also your favorite café, bar or club.

All stores for daily needs can be found in the immediate neighborhood, one even in our house. In addition, there are many parks, lakes and sports facilities nearby.

The two student residences are very easy to reach by public transport. All stores for daily needs are in the immediate neighborhood. In addition, there are also some recreational opportunities directly on site.
