Your Accommodation In The South Of Berlin
Our residence in Tempelhof-Schöneberg is located in the green and quiet south of Berlin – not far from the campus of Freie Universität. It’s ideal for students who want to focus on their studies in a calm environment. Shops and supermarkets are close by, so everything you need is within easy reach. A great choice for those who want affordable accommodation with good transport links and a relaxed living environment.
In the portal, you can easily filter by district and move-in date.

After sending your request, you’ll receive an email.
Please confirm your interest there – only then can we continue processing your application.

We require a current student certificate (your admission letter will suffice for now).

We’ll review your application (usually within 7 days). You’ll receive updates by email automatically.

Congratulations! 🎉 Once everything is approved, you’ll get an email with the payment details for your deposit and first month’s rent.
As soon as the payment is received, we’ll send you your rental contract for digital signature.
Direct rental: viewings are usually not required.

Your booking is only final once we have received your valid student certificate and the payment of the deposit/first month’s rent.
