So funktioniert | This is how it works

  • Dein/e Freund/in schließt einen neuen Mietvertrag in unserem Apartmenthaus in der Alfred-Jung-Straße, Hanielweg oder Keithstraße ab.
    Your friend signs a new rental contract in our apartment building in Alfred-Jung-Straße, Hanielweg or Keithstraße.
  • Der von dir empfohlene Mieter zieht ein und bleibt für mindestens 2 Monate.
    Your referral moves in and stays for at least 2 months.
  • Nach den 2 Monaten bekommst für die erfolgreiche Empfehlung eine Prämie von 200 € – ganz einfach per Überweisung.
    After the 2 months, you will receive a bonus of € 200 for the successful recommendation – simply by bank transfer.

Wichtig | Important

  • Du bist Bestandsmieter/in mit aktivem Mietvertrag.
    You are a tenant with an active lease agreement.
  • Die Aktion läuft bis zum 31.03.2026 – oder solange Wohnungen verfügbar sind.
    The promotion runs until 31.03.2026 – or as long as flats are available.
  • Jede/r Werber/in kann bis zu 3 Empfehlungen abgeben.
    Each referrer can submit up to 3 recommendations.
  • Die Empfehlung muss vor der Bewerbung des Mietinteressenten über dieses Formular eingereicht werden.
    The recommendation must be submitted via our referral form before the first contact.
