The Bürgermeister Reuter Stiftung is renting rooms and apartments in student residences to students, trainees and young Professionals. We offer accommodations for appropriate prices in seven locations in Berlin. Whilst studies, training or language course – there are a lot of reasons why young people are looking for an apartment in Berlin. Our apartments and single rooms are fully furnished and have a wifi connection. Ideal for young people who need living space in Berlin for a limited time. The apartments are centrally located, so that the distances to the university or the most important hotspots in town are short. Home in Berlin (before House of Nations) offers you modern living comfort with all-round feel-good service. There is a laundry center in all buildings and some locations are even equipped with barbecue areas. All utilities are included in the rent, so you can see the costs at a glance. Find out now!

Rent payments hotline
Due to the introduction of new software at the Bürgermeister-Reuter-Stiftung, there have unfortunately been repeated problems with bookings and payments for the monthly rent receivables in recent months.
Many of our tenants will therefore receive an e-mail from us in the next few days with an overview of your payments to date. Each recipient should check whether the information provided therein is correct and transfer any outstanding amounts within 5 working days of receipt of the letter to the account indicated, stating the tenant number / debtor no. and apartment no.
