The rooms in our Hanielweg student residence are between 12 and 18 m² in size and part of a shared flat. Each room is fully furnished, and comes with a fridge, wash basin and mirror. Bathrooms and kitchens are shared by students and trainees.

 

When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious lawn around the house or play basketball.

Our student residence in Hanielweg offers quiet, well-connected student accommodation in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district of Marienfelde, in the south of Berlin. It’s a great option for students at “Freie Universität”, with the Lankwitz campus just a 10-minute walk away.

Thanks to the calm surroundings, it’s easy to focus on your studies away from the buzz of city life. Shops for your daily needs are just around the corner.

The rooms in Hanielweg are between 12 and 18 m² in size and part of a shared flat. Your room is fully furnished and comes with a fridge, wash basin and mirror.

Bathrooms with separate showers and toilets are shared by four people each. The two kitchens on every floor are shared by 15 tenants – a great chance to meet others and settle in quickly.

When the weather’s nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious lawn around the house or play a game of basketball with your flatmates.

Your neighborhood in the south of Berlin

Quietly located near “Freie Universität“, our Hanielweg student residence is perfect for anyone who wants to focus on their studies. At the same time, the center of Berlin is only a few S-Bahn stops away.

Everything you need for your daily life is right nearby such as supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores in the immediate vicinity as well as cafés, restaurants and snack bars. If you feel like getting active, there’s a basketball court right next to the building and several gyms are also nearby.

And if you want to find out more about Berlin’s aviation pioneers, you should visit the Lilienthal Memorial in Lichtenrade.
