Our student residence Paul-Hertz-Haus offers spacious studios between 21 and 26 m² in a central location in Berlin. Designed for students and young professionals, each studio is fully furnished and comes with  a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

From our student residence in Genter Straße in the Berlin Mitte district of Wedding, everything is just a short distance away. Whether you are heading to university, to the shops or to the nearest café, distances are short and public transport connections are excellent. Despite the central location in Berlin, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty to explore in the surrounding streets.

Your neighborhood in Berlin Mitte

The area around our student residence is known for its charming 19th-century buildings and a wide range of shops for your everyday needs. You’ll also find plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants that are just waiting to be discovered. The “BHT Berliner Hochschule für Technik” is right around the corner and many other universities in Berlin are also within easy reach.
