The studios and apartments in our student residence Haus Keithstraße are fully furnished and designed for students as well as for postgraduates and trainees. Each unit comes with its own kitchen and bathroom, plus high-speed internet. Some even have their own balcony. What makes them special is the central location in the middle of Berlins City West.
Location in Berlin
Our student residence in Keithstraße is located in Berlin’s Tiergarten district, part of central Mitte. This places you right in the heart of City West: the famous Kurfürstendamm, the KaDeWe department store and countless other shopping opportunities are just around the corner. After a busy day at university, you can unwind with a walk in the nearby Tiergarten or in one of the many bars, cafés or restaurants.
Public transport connections are excellent: underground and S-Bahn stations are close by and several bus lines offer quick and convenient access to destinations throughout the city.

Apartment features
The Studios and Apartments in Keithstraße are fully furnished and come with their own kitchen, private bathroom and high-speed internet. Some even have their own balcony. From the upper floors you can enjoy a great view over the rooftops of Berlin’s City West. Just move in and feel at home. A vending machine with hot and cold drinks is available in the entrance area.
We have recently refurnished the apartments on the 8th and 9th floors.

The neighborhood around our student residence HausvKeithstraße offers everything you could wish for in a big city: endless shopping opportunities, plenty of places to go out, and a great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. And if you need a break from the urban buzz, the nearby “Tiergarten” – Berlin’s green lung – is the perfect spot to relax.

Leisure activities near our student residence in Berlin
The area around our student residence on Keithstraße offers plenty of diverse leisure options. If you love shopping, you’ll find a lot of opportunities here. But it’s just as enjoyable to simply wander through the surrounding streets, many of which are lined with impressive Wilhelminian-style buildings. Around nearby Winterfeldplatz, you’ll find a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is also known as one of the hotspots of the LGBTQ+ community in Berlin.
Photography enthusiasts should definitely not miss the renowned “C/O Berlin Gallery” or the “Museum of Photography”. Or why not book tickets for a performance at the “Schaubühne” – one of Germany’s most acclaimed theaters. From Bahnhof Zoo, it’s easy to explore the wider Berlin area or relax by one of the many nearby lakes.
