Step 2 – Confirm your email address
After sending your request, you’ll receive an email. Please confirm your interest there – only then can we continue processing your application.

Step 3 – Upload your documents
We require a current student certificate (your admission letter will suffice for now). Upload your documents under „Additional Documents“.
Step 4 – Wait while we review
We’ll review your application (usually within 7 days). You’ll receive updates by email automatically.
Please note that we are unable to answer inquiries during this time. If you encounter an issue, we’ll reach out to you directly.
Step 5 – Confirmation & rental contract
Congratulations! Once everything is approved, you’ll get an email with the payment details for your deposit and first month’s rent.
As soon as the payment is received, we’ll send you your rental contract for digital signature.
Step 6 – Welcome to Berlin!
Direct rental:viewings are usually not required.
