We are your first point of contact for everyday questions, issues or payments related to your accommodation at Home in Berlin.
We are responsible for
- Rent payments
- Rent reminders
- Deposit management
- General questions
- Forwarding written messages to the administration
- Kitchen starter package orders
- Damage reports
- Emergency door openings

7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(Or schedule an individual appointment in the relevant building)
From 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., the security service is on site.
Concerns can only be addressed during the day, as the security service
does not accept letters or keys.
