Or: It could have been different&#8221;. Beginning with the Peaceful Revolution of 1989 in East Germany and ending with the revolutionary events of 1848, the exhibition at the German Historical Museum shows historical reality, but also other possible historical outcomes. History thus appears as an open process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to invite you to an unforgettable journey through German history! Come with us on a tour through the German Historical Museum and discover Germany&#8217;s past!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are you shown there?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">History of Germany would like to gain. Come with us on a journey through time and experience firsthand how Germany became what it is today and how it could have been different, starting from early history to the present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rich history of Germany from early history to the present will be shown. You will learn about significant historical events, such as the German Revolution of 1848 or the division of Germany during the Cold War.
