Please register at the B\u00fcrgeramt within 14 days after moving in. If you do not move into a new apartment within Germany after moving out, you are obliged to deregister at the B\u00fcrgeramt within 2 weeks after moving out.<\/p>\n<p>For this purpose, you will receive a certificate from us when you sign the rental contract or when you move out for submission to the B\u00fcrgeramt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-tab\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t9. Which services are included in the rental price and which are not?\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"toggle-tab\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"icon icon-brst-arrow-down\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our apartments and rooms are fully furnished and <strong>include the following features<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apartments have a small kitchenette and a private bathroom,<\/li>\n<li>when renting a room, you share the kitchen and bathroom with others,<\/li>\n<li>all Home in Berlin houses have a laundry center and a bicycle storage area,<\/li>\n<li>bed linen is provided and changed monthly,<\/li>\n<li>you can either bring your own kitchen equipment or buy it from us (see kitchen starter package),<\/li>\n<li>WLAN,<\/li>\n<li>electricity and heating costs,<\/li>\n<li>community events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rental price is <strong>&#8220;all inclusive&#8221;<\/strong>, there are no additional costs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The following are <strong>not provided<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Towels,<\/li>\n<li>cleaning equipment (can be borrowed for a small fee),<\/li>\n<li>cleaning service (available on request for a fee.
